Free access to Worthwhile Chat and peer support
Introduction
CAST and Deloitte UK are collaborating to make Worthwhile Chat available to small and medium-sized charities that might be feeling left behind by the AI curve. Deloitte is supporting 150 free Worthwhile Chat licences to help build AI confidence where it's needed most.
Who this is for
This offer is open to staff at registered charities in the UK with an annual income under £1 million. Places are limited to 150.
Eligibility criteria:
- Organisation type: Registered UK charity
- Annual income: Under £1 million
- Places available: 150
- AI experience: New to AI or just starting out
- Duration: Six months, starting early summer
- Maximum per organisation: 3 places
How places are allocated
Places are limited to 150. We'll allocate places after a short application window closes on 8th June (12am). This lets us make sure the cohort reflects the range of organisations this offer is designed for - including those with the least prior AI experience. We'll confirm your place within one week of the closing date.
What you'll get
- A free six-month Worthwhile Chat licence
- Access to a sector-owned generative AI tool to support real charity tasks
- Strong data privacy protections - your data is never used to train AI models
- Charity-specific guidance to help you get the most from the tool
- The chance to directly shape how Worthwhile Chat develops, through your feedback
- Optional peer support and drop-in sessions, hosted by CAST
This is a beta release - your feedback matters
Worthwhile Chat is in active development, and your experience will shape how it evolves. As part of your free licence, we'll ask for light-touch feedback at two points: roughly halfway through your six months, and again at the end.
