Indicative Pricing
Development costs for Chat are covered by grants from partners in Trusts and Foundations. We are aiming to secure further funding to cover the ongoing costs of technical infrastructure, computation, ongoing research, feature development and community support. We are also exploring subscription fees to help pay for these costs. We’ll always be transparent about our costs.
Below are estimated monthly subscription fees for each plan. We're aiming for the yearly cost to be 25% cheaper than monthly costs. Each plan will include a two-week free trial. We are also exploring tiered pricing to align with charity income levels.
To ensure optimal performance for all users, 'Pro' and 'Team' plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy.
- High-Complexity Reasoning: Access to top-tier models (e.g. Claude Sonnet 4.5) is limited to 50 interactions per rolling 24-hour period.
- Standard Interactions: Access to our high-efficiency models is unlimited for human-speed interaction.
- Excessive Use: Accounts exceeding 500 interactions per day or showing patterns of automated access (botting) will be throttled or temporarily suspended.
- Model Availability: We reserve the right to dynamically route queries to different model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Open Models) based on server load and query complexity to maintain service uptime.
